The
winning banner will be presented on the index page for the duration
of one month with award.
In addition the winner receives an Autographcard signed by Rudolf
as a thank-you.

2010-07-18.
The
first name of the artist has to be mentioned in this mail.
Each
participant is allowed to send max. 5 images in.
Method
of Selection:
All
transmittals will be judged by a jury. This jury consists of:
- Silke (www.rudolfmartin.de)
- Melanie (Kibbslover)
- The German Forums "Navy CIS" & "World
of NCIS" & "The Rudolf Martin FanPlace"
(all Votes together counts
as 1 Vote here!)
- honorary jury member: RUDOLF MARTIN
!!
The
names / nicknames / sign of the artists mentioned on the FanArt will
be covered during
the selection procedure to grant an independent decision.
Each
jury member can select 3 images as favourites and allocate points
in a scale of
1 - 3. So his first choice gets 3 points, the second place 2 points
and so on.
Finally
the points of all images will be added up and evaluated.
If there should be several FanArts equal on points, a second ballot
will be carried out.
The
winner will be informed via email and receives the autograph via post
(worldwide)!
For this reason I’ll ask you for your address then.
